| Hmmm... not such a busy time January - or December for that matter - but those events that we did get to were great fun! Read on! |

| NEO Ireland Christmas @ Kildare |
We had a brilliant time in Kildare Village on the 6th of December. It was terrific to see so many people there and to get the chance to do a little (only small!) bit of shopping. Huge thanks again to Kildare Village for hosting this event for us, and for treating us like the princes and princesses that we aspire to being.

Jack Wise
Jack Wise - www.jack.ie - helped us get into the networking mood with some fascinating tricks. The guy's a genius and really funny to boot.
We had a hilarious Christmas Quiz (thanks to Aimée!) with prizes sponsored by NEO members: the Gift Tree Company, MPI, Dolmen Corporate Gifts, Hilton Hotels, Promocraft, Plant Life, the Osprey Hotel + Spa and Fitzpatricks Castle. |

Trivia King!
The grand prize of a fantastic Waterford Crystal Wine Set (donated by Dolmen Corporate Gifts) was won by Gerard Tannam of Islandbridge who astounded us all with his knowledge of all things Christmas. I'm told he's the man to have on your team for any sort of quiz! |

| Irish Exhibition Organisers Association Christmas Lunch |
| Big thanks to John McDonald and Frank Cronin of Mediateam for the invitation to the Irish Exhibition Organisers Association Christmas Lunch. Lovely to see so many NEO members there - Alan Murphy of Expo, Sean Lemass of SDL Exhibitions and Stephan Murtagh of Exhibition Solutions, not to mention the Mediateam team. Lots of good cheer! |

| Invest in Kerry Launch |
|
How I ended up at the launch of the Invest in Kerry marketing brochure, I think I'll never know! There I was, surrounded by all these wonderful, kind and welcoming Kerry people! My only association with Kerry is the wonderful food at the Dingle Bay and the fabulous Brandon Hotel (left) - amongst the most beautiful scenery in the world. Heard fascinating tales of derring-do from Jerry Kennelly, Mike Fitzgerald and Dick Spring. You could do worse than invest in Kerry, they're really ramping up now and there are plenty of incentives on offer. |
